Could try guessing it, though, if you know the website of where they work.
[first-initial].[surname]@workplaceadd... for example. Try a few variants, one's bound to get through. If they've got a smart mail server, it'll probably guess correctly, anyway.
Otherwise, could try [first-name]@[surname].[isp].com or similar.
