You can always write to the company that has your e-mail account. Otherwise....
Legally No one can help you.
It is YOUR responsibility to remember your password.
This is also an illegal question, It is against Federal law to solicit information for the purpose of acquiring a password. (even your own, because we have know way of knowing if it is really yours!) Giving out this information over the net, and not in person is also a violation of the Law.
But your question might be an honest mistake so it was not reported.

Reply:You can't. If you lost your password and don't know the answers to the security questions, the account is lost forever. And if you don't know your ID, then it's hopeless there as well. Next time, write it down and keep it in a safe place!
