How to find email when I deleted from trash?
A System Recovery Point will not help with a web-browser system.
Have you deleted it via the web-browser mail, if so there is no way of recovering it, i have checked with Yahoo as i did this myself and there isn't anyway to do it, quite simply if you count the millions or users and the millions of emails, they just couldn't store that much info, so once its gone, its gone.
However if you viewed it through an email client such as Outlook or maybe downloaded it to your mobile phone, it might still be there or you can use 'Recover Deleted Items' in Outlook, you might be lucky!

My husband says that you can do a system recovery and hope you can get it back that way if it hasn't been too long ago that you deleted it.
If it has been real recent, try your back button, as well.
