I have searched their websites, including the school's website, and a few more schools as well. NYC seems to hide their email addresses for their principals. Does anyone know where to find the email addresses to principals of NYC schools?

Check the school district website. It usually has it there. If you cant see it there then i dont think its possible to get it all unless you ask the principal yourself or a teacher who might give it to you.
Reply:If it's not on the school website, you're probably not going to find it. Most employees of a school have a standard email address, though, with just the front part (name) changed for individual employees. So, if you knew the address of another employee, you could replace their name with the principal's name.
For example: msmith@bonnevilleeagles.k12.tx.org
